はじめに
原発性虫垂癌は稀な腫瘍であり，高齢者に好発する1）．今回，急性虫垂炎症状で発症し，虫垂を含む盲腸部分切除術を行って，その1年後に盲腸切除断端付近に局所再発をきたし根治的手術を施行した虫垂粘液囊胞腺癌の1例を経験したので報告する．
