　Hypoglycemic hemiplegiaの3例を経験したので報告した。

　〈症例1〉74歳女性：糖尿病のため内服治療中。突然右片麻痺，失語を発症。〈症例2〉72歳男性：糖尿病のためインスリン使用中。意識消失，右片麻痺にて発症。〈症例3〉82歳女性：誤って経口血糖降下剤を内服し低血糖となり，意識消失，四肢麻痺を発症。3例とも頭部CTで脳萎縮やMRIで多発性脳梗塞を認めた。脳血管撮影では症例1で両側内頸動脈と左椎骨動脈起始部に狭窄，症例2で左内頸動脈に高度狭窄を認めた。3例とも入院時血糖値がそれぞれ48，35，38mg／dlと低値で，糖液静注にて症状が消失した。

　片麻痺や失語の症状を呈する患者では，稀ではあるが本例のようなhypoglycemic hemiplegiaの症例が含まれる。病歴や神経症状によりこれを鑑別することは難しく，初診時の緊急血糖検査が必須の診断項目となる。

Hemiplegia is a rare complication accompanied with hypoglycemia. We reported three cases of hypoglyce-mic hemiplegia (HH).

Case 1 : A 74-year-old female had medication for diabetes mellitus (DM). She had right hemiplegia and aphasia. Case 2 : A 72-year-old male had DM, and was admitted to our hospital having loss of conscious-ness and right hemiplegia. Case 3 : An 82-year-old fe-male suffered from consciousness disturbance with tetraplegia, and had left hemiparesis later. She had no DM, but suffered from iatrogenic hypoglycemia.
