　胸腺外分化T細胞の指標としてTCRαβ表出，CD 4陰性，CD 8陰性T細胞（double negativeαβT細胞：DNαβT細胞），TCRγδ表出T細胞（γδT細胞）の末梢血単核球中の比率を重症筋無力症（MG）例22例と正常対照例22例で検討した。その結果，3例の非胸腺腫MG例の未梢血でDNαβT細胞比率（％）が高値を示していた。この3例は胸腺摘出・前縦隔再郭清が全く治療効果を示さなかった難治症例1例，胸腺摘出後一旦治癒したにもかかわらずそれぞれ14年後，30年後再発した2例であった。MG例中には少数ながら胸腺外分化T細胞比率が高値を示す症例が存在し，このような症例ではMGの発症に胸腺外T細胞活性化が関与する可能性があり，症例を蓄積する必要がある。

We investigated the occurrence of TCR αβ⁺CD4^- CD8^- mononuclear cells (DNαβ T cells) and TCR γδ⁺ CD3⁺ mononuclear cells (γδ T cells) among the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 22 myasthenia gravis patients (MG) and 22 controls in order to examine whether extrathymic T cell subpopulations might be responsible for the pathogenesis of MG.
