急性脳卒中患者におけるhypercapniaに対する呼吸性および心臓性反応の脳性抑制の変動

　急性の大脳半球または脳幹梗塞患者54例と年齢をmatchさせた対照例14例についてhypercapniaに対する換気性反応を検討した。

　53例では動脈血ガス分析，34例で腰椎穿刺を行つた。
