I．はじめに
鞍上部にgerminomaまたはatypical teratomaと名づけられる腫瘍が発生することは特にわが国においてはまれではない1,7）。われわれは最近，特有な内分泌症状を示さず，剖検にてtwo cell pattern pinealomaとcho—riocarcinomaの組織像がみられ，さらに酵素抗体法3）により腫瘍部分のsyncytiotrophoblastと思われる細胞内にHCG （Human Chorionic Gonadotropin）を証明した1例を経験したので報告する。
An 11-year-old female case of suprasellar tumour was reported. She presented consciousness disorder without precocious puberty.
Microscopically, two cell pattern pinealoma and choriocarcinoma with no metastasis were revealed.
By means of enzyme-labelled antibody technique, the authors proved HCG in syncytial cells of the tumour.
