はじめに
A．E．Monizが1927年に頸動脈撮影を創始してから現在にいたるまで，造影剤，撮影手技など幾多の改良進歩がみられ，副作用致死的合併症の報告例は少なくなつた。とは言え，くも膜下出血の急性期に脳血管撮影を行なう事にはいろいろ異論も多い。われわれはくも膜下出血患者に頸動脈撮影を施行し，動脈瘤からの造影剤漏出像を認めた1例を経験したので報告し，併せて文献的考察を加える。
A fatal case of rupture of an intracranial aneury-sm during carotid angiography was reported.
Percutanous carotid angiography was done using 60% conray in a 50-year-old male patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage 34 days after his onset.
Possible causative factors of this complication were discussed.
