Intra-meatal Aneurysmの1例

A CASE OF INTRA-MEATAL ANEURYSM

緒言

　椎骨・脳底部領域の動脈瘤は比較的稀とされている。われわれは最近，左内耳道内動脈瘤の一例を経験したので，これを報告し若干の文献的考察を行なつて見たい。

A case of a left intra-meatal aneurysm succes-sfully operated has been reported. A 30-year-old woman was admitted to this hostital with facial palsy, auditory impairment and tinnitus. After clipping of the anterior interior cerebellar artery, the aneurysm disapeared angiographically, but auditory acuity was lost. One month later, facial palsy has improved almost completey.

Some anatomical consideration about the course of anterior inferior cerebellar artery and the ori-gin of internal auditory artery has been discussed. Surgical importance of the anterior inferior cere-bellar artery and the necessity of microscopic technique has been emphasized.
