The diagnosis of multiple brain tumor is very difficult, because it's symptoms are of-ten complicated. Though one of multiple brain tumor could be diagnosed, then extir-pated, the symptoms due to another tumor are to fail to see very often.

A 20-years-old man who had bilateral acou-stic neurinoma with two meningiomas in late-ral ventricle was experienced in our clinic recently. His two meningiomas in lateral ventricle were extirpated completely. At tnat time, we failed to find any signs due to bilateral acoustic neurinoma which was found in the postmortem examination of this patie-nt. Though the multiple brain tumor which occured from the same germ are chiefly rep-orted, also the meningioma combined with acoustic neurinoma in patients of Reckling-hausen's disease paticularly. We could not find in any literature the report about the meningioma in lateral ventricle combined with bilateral acoustic neurinoma as this case.
