脳橋幻覚症（Hallucinose protubérentielle）の3例

Three cases of pontine hallucinosis

　幻覚の生因に関しては現在迄種々の事が謂われているが，その内，局在説として今日尚認められているのは1922年Lhermitteにより報告され其後van Bogaertにより解剖学的証明を得た脳脚性幻覚症Hallucinose pedonculaireである。このものは脳脚に相当した神経症状と，殊に夜間出現する幻視を主徴とする幻覚症状と，之に対する批判力の存在と睡眠のリズムの障碍を持つものである。吾々は最近，脳橋の病変が推定される神経症状と，本幻覚症類似の幻覚症状を有する三症例に遭遇したのでこれが症例を報告し種々考案してみようと思う。

We reported three clinical cases of pontine ha-llucinosis. The mental symptoms in these cases were quite resembled to those of pedoncular hallucinosis (J. Lhermitte), while their neurol-ogical symptoms presented the pattern of the Foville's syndrome. According to the presumed lesions, we, however, would like to name them "pontine hallucinosis".
