　【抄録】尾状核，内包，レンズ核を含む脳梗塞に伴い，急性期に無為（abulia）を，慢性期には軽度の特徴的な失語を呈した症例を報告した。無為は，尾状核の脳梗塞で報告されているものと類似しており，その内的体験，症状に対する態度（無関心，内的葛藤の欠如）などから，うつ病における意欲低下とは区別されうるものであった。また，この症例の失語は線条体内包梗塞に特徴的な自発語の減少，失名辞，語性錯語，言語産生，流暢性の障害などにより特徴づけられる軽度の超皮質性運動失語であった。

　A case with striatocapsular infarction showing pure abulia in the acute stage and mild transcortical motor aphasia in the chronic stage was reported. The infarct was located in the left caudate nucleus, internal capsule, and lenticular nucleus. Abulia in this case was consistent with that reported in caudate infarction, but differed from hypobulia in not being accompanied by a state of depression. Aphasia in this case was characterized by a decrease in spontaneous speech, anemia, loss of verbal fluency and mild paraphasia. These symptoms are similar to those of aphasia reported in striatocapsular infarction.
