　本研究では，リカバリーカレッジへの参加が支援職に与える影響について，既存の知見を整理する目的でスコーピングレビューを実施した。データベース検索の結果，全74件を得た。重複論文の除外と，タイトル・本文の読み込みを行い，最終的に適格基準に合致した研究10件を読み込み対象として採用した。研究デザインはインタビューを実施した質的研究が多くを占めた。支援職がリカバリーカレッジに参加することは，支援に関する概念の学習の促進，当事者との接し方の変化，管理運営をサポートするという点において有用性を認識していることが明らかになった。今後は，量的研究や混合研究を用いた仮説検証研究が求められる。

　In this study, a scoping review was conducted to summarize existing knowledge on the effect of participation in recovery college on medical staff. A database search included a total of 74 articles. Duplicate articles were excluded, and the titles and texts were read. Finally, 10 articles that met the eligibility criteria were selected for inclusion. Most of the studies were qualitative research with interviews. It was found that the participation of support workers in the recovery college was recognized as useful in terms of promoting learning of concepts related to support, changing the way they interacted with the parties, and providing administrative support. Future hypothesis-testing studies using quantitative and mixed studies are required.
