The new workbook, “Recovery Workbook for Mental Health Disorders” was created, and this used it for intervention programs in day care center. By having conducted a retrospective study utilizing medical records and staff meeting minutes, we evaluated the necessity and usability of this workbook. The result implies that the program using the workbook had a wide range of therapeutic applications, a high level of satisfaction, and a relatively low level of difficulty. In order to implement such intervention programs repeatedly, a simplified tool that can be used by any professionals is needed, and this new recovery workbook made this possible. On the other hand, it was suggested that co-creation with the clients involved is important in creating and revising the workbook as well as repeated discussions among professionals with experience and knowledge. More practices using a workbook created jointly by professionals and clients are expected in the future.
