抄録　本邦では，成人のASDやADHDの評価にWAISを用いることが多いが，ASDやADHDの評価目的に作成された検査ではないため，WAISのIQ，群指数，評価点などのプロフィール以外，これらの診断や支援に有益な行動や検査時の反応抽出は，検査者の独断で実施されてきた。本研究では，WAIS検査時の行動や反応に基づいてASD，ADHDの特性を評価するチェックシートを作成することを目的とし，最初に40項目の予備的行動チェックシートを作成した。その後，48名を対象に予備的チェックシートを用いてWAISを実施後，解析を行い，最終的に10項目(ASD因子5項目，ADHD因子5項目)の「WAIS用行動チェックシート」が作成され，信頼性，妥当性が確認された。

　WAIS is not a test specialized in the evaluation of adult ASD and ADHD, but in Japan, WAIS is often used for their evaluation. In WAIS, IQ, cognitive index, and subtest scores are calculated, but the behavioral observations that are useful for diagnosis and support have been carried out according to the standards of each examiner.

　The purpose of this study was to prepare a check sheet for evaluation of ASD and ADHD used at the time of WAIS, and a preliminary behavior check sheet consisting of 40 items was first prepared. After that, a preliminary check sheet was used at the time of 48 WAIS implementations, followed by statistical analysis, and finally 10 items(ASD factor consisting of 5 items, ADHD factor with 5 items)with reliability and validity “WAIS behavior check sheet” was created.
