抄録

　統合失調症患者が時に強迫症状を呈することについては，過去に多くの報告がなされている。今回我々は，統合失調症患者で常同反復的な強迫症状を有した症例に対し，抗精神病薬と選択的セロトニン再取り込み阻害剤(SSRI)の併用療法を開始し，強迫症状の改善が約2年間持続して認められた2症例を経験した。抗精神病薬とSSRIの有用性その他に関し，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　As previously reported, comorbid obsessive-compulsive symptoms are frequently occur in schizophrenia. We herein report 2 cases of schizophrenia with stereotypical and repeated obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Their refractory obsessive-compulsive symptoms were successfully treated within 2 years since the initiation of augmentation therapy with antipsychotics and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). The advantages of augmentation therapy with antipsychotics and SSRIs augmentation as well as other related issues are discussed in this report.
