急性下肢静脈血栓症に対してエドキサバントシル酸塩水和物を用いて急性期外来単剤内服療法を施行した4例

Single Drug Therapy using Edoxaban Tosilate Hydrate with Venous Thromboembolism;Four Cases Report

要旨

　新規経口抗凝固薬である経口活性化第Ⅹ因子(FⅩa)阻害薬は，静脈血栓塞栓症(venous thromboembolism;VTE)に対して汎用されてきた標準的抗凝固療法であるヘパリンおよびワルファリンと比較検討した結果，ほぼ同等の治療効果および安全性が報告された．VTEに対して経口FⅩa阻害薬が使用可能となることで，VTE診療は変革期を迎えつつある．今回，われわれは急性下肢静脈血栓症に対して診断後直ぐに，FⅩa阻害薬エドキサバントシル酸塩水和物(エドキサバン)を用いて単剤内服療法を外来診療のみで施行し，良好な結果が得られた4例を経験したので報告する．

　Recent studies have demonstrated that oral Factor Ⅹa-inhibiter can be used in medical therapy for venous thromboembolism(VTE)and single drug therapy with oral Factor Ⅹa-inhibiter resulted in similar efficacy and safety to conventional standard therapy with heparin and vitamin K antagonists. Therefore, oral Factor Ⅹa-inhibiter will be widely used in the VTE treatment. We report four cases of acute venous thromboembolism who received single drug therapy using Edoxaban tosilate hydrate and succeeded in this treatment.
