Two cases of excrcise induced ventricular tachycardia: Catecholamine-induced ventricular tachycardia

　心室頻拍（以下VTと略す）は器質的心疾患に合併して出現することが多いが，小児では器質的心疾患のない例でVTを認めた報告も多い。我々は最近，器質的心疾患がないにもかかわらず，運動負荷により確実にVTが誘発され，その発症機序にカテコールアミンが関与していると考えられる2症例を経験したので報告し，併せて文献的考察も行う。

Two cases with exercise induced ventricular tachycardia were presented. Both two cases had no organic heart disease. The first case was a 9 year old boy. He was admitted because of syncope attack during exercise. The second case was a 9 year old girl. She was admitted because she had VPCs after exercise tests but she had not syncope attack. In both cases, chest X-ray, ECG at rest, coronary angiography, left ventriculography, intracardiac pressures, and electrophysiological examination were within normal limits. In both cases, ventricular tachycardias were always induced by moderate exercise. The more, they had exercise, the more their VPCs were induced. It was suggested that exercise induced ventricular tachycardia in the absence of organic heart disease was related with catecholamines.
