超音波心断層法による心筋梗塞症のAsynergyの定性的・定量的評価

Qualitative and Quantitative Evaluation of Left Ventricular Asynergy in Myocardial Infarction by Two Dimensional Echocardiography

　左室短軸および長軸超音波心断層像は比較的容易に記録され，殊に前者は左室のほぼ全周にわたる壁動態の情報を得ることが可能であり，左室局所収縮性の評価にきわめて有用である。

　そこでasynergyを有する心筋梗塞症においてほぼ同時期に記録した超音波心断層像および左室造影像を比較し，左室局所収縮異常の定性的・定量的評価における超音波心断層法の有用性について検討したので報告する。

Two dimensional echocardiogram (Two-D Echo) of the left ventricle was recorded in 50 patients with old myocardial infarction and 10 normal controls, and was compared with left ventriculo-gram (LVG).

Qualitative evaluation of asynergy by Two-D Echo agreed well with LVG, though Two-D Echo showed the tendency to underestimate the degree of asynergy.
