高度冠動脈狭窄を有する運動負荷陰性例の検討

A study of the cases of advanced coronary sclerosis with negative exercise test

　マスター負荷試験を含めた運動負荷試験の際の感受性，特異性については常に検討していかねばならないところである。特に高度冠動脈硬化を有しつつ，運動負荷試験に反応しない，いわゆる偽陰性の症例については，臨床的に，予後，治療方針を決める上に興味深いし，かつ負荷テストの感受性を落とす原因ともなっているため，今回，若干の考察を加えて検討した。今回は硬塞症例は，全て省略している。

Eighteen patients (N) who had advanced coro-nary sclerosis except for myocardial infarction on major coronary artery and/or its major branch (90% <) but had completely negative exercise test were evaluated. (All of them were examined Master two step test and 11 of them were full-filed Ergometer test.) These cases were compared to the positive 21 cases (P) (ST ischemic change more than 1 mm) chosen by the same criteria as negative one.
