Diagnosis of the left ventricular pseudoaneurysm with M-mode and cross-sectional echocardiography

　仮性心室瘤は非常にまれな疾患であり，その診断も困難とされている_1）。また真性心室瘤と異なり二次破裂の危険性がきわめて高いことから外科治療の絶対的適応とされ，早期の診断も重要とされている。

　最近の心臓超音波検査法の進歩により，種々の心疾患の診断が可能となってきたが，心臓超音波検査法による仮性心室瘤の診断に関しての報告は少ない_{2,13,17〜19）}。

Pseudoaneurysm of the left ventricule is rare disease. Because of high incidence of secondary rupture, early and precise diagnosis is mandatory.

The M-mode and cross-sectional echocardio-grams were obtained from two patients with post infarction pseudoaneurysm of the left ventri-cule, and from one patient with localized peri-cardial abscess.
