完全房室ブロックによるAdams-Stokes発作を示したリウマチ熱と思われる1例

A case of rheumatic fever with Adams-Stokes seizure due to complete A-V block

　リウマチ性心炎における炎症は広範囲に心内膜，心筋，心外膜，伝導系に及び心房も侵されやすい部位とされている^1）。しかしながらリウマチ熱による完全房室ブロックでAdams-Stokes発作を見るのは非常に稀である。今回私達は完全房室ブロックによるAdams-Stokes発作を示したリウマチ熱と思われる症例を経験したので報告する。

The rheumatic fever affects endocardium, myo-cardium, pericardium and conduction system. Es-pecially A-V conduction defects are frequently observed, however complete A-V block with Adams-Stokes seizure is rarely seen.

A case of rheumatic fever with Adams-Stokes seizure due to complete A-V block was described. A 14 years old boy was addmitted to our clinic because of sudden and transient unconsciousness, chest pain and high fever.
