大動脈弓離断症の1治験例—特に術後呼吸管理を中心に

A case report of interrruption of the aortic arch--Consideration on postoperative respiratory care

　先天性心疾患の中できわめて稀れでしかも予後の悪い疾患の一つに大動脈弓離断症がある。われわれは，本症Celoria B型の乳児に対して両側肺動脈絞扼術を行い，術後幾多の問題をのり越え管理しえた。この治療例につき，特に呼吸管理を中心に経過を報告する。

A case of 9 month old infant with aortic arch interruption of type B, ventricular septic defect, patent ductus arteriosus and right aortic arch was reported.

Stenosis of the rigth and left pulmonary arteries, was successfully created for palliation.

Following operation, the patient was connected to Bourns respirator and intensitive respiratory care was undertaken.
