I. INTRODUCTION
It has long been acknowledged that the lung has it's proper elastic property. Many inves—tigators had invented their own methods to estimate and interprete the elastic property of the lung by their own way of their methods. To evaluate pulmonary functions, it is one of important things to understand such characteristics of lungs. Sometimes, changes in the elastic properties of the lungs become important factor in determining the pulmonary disability. One of those methods, there is compliance test. Lung compliance which is used at first by v. Neergaard, is considered in general to express elasticity oflungs.
