要旨●富士フイルムでは近年発展が著しいAI（artificial intelligence）技術を活用した内視鏡におけるコンピュータ診断支援（CAD）機能CAD EYE^TMを開発している．その第一弾として，専門医並みの精度を実現した大腸ポリープ検出・鑑別AIを開発，販売を開始した．開発したAIは，通常の内視鏡検査のワークフローでの自然な使い勝手を実現すべく設計されており，内視鏡診断がより効率化されることが期待される．開発した技術，システムは内視鏡システム向けAIの社会実装に有用であり，今後は大腸以外の病変検出・鑑別サポートや検査レポート作成支援など，内視鏡診断のワークフロー全体を支援するAIソリューションの提供を進めていく予定である．

　FUJIFILM has been developing AI（artificial intelligence）technology that can assist in medical diagnostic imaging and can facilitate workflow at the medical frontline. Recently, CAD-EYE has become the first product for endoscopy that supports real-time detection and characterization of colonic polyps utilizing AI technology. A user-friendly interface provides ease of use and simplicity without interfering with routine endoscopic examination, and it is expected to improve workflow. FUJIFILM will continue to develop AI technology to support endoscopy in various fields, contributing to streamlined clinical work and enhanced quality of medical care.
