はじめに

　炎症性腸疾患（inflammatory bowel disease ; IBD）は潰瘍性大腸炎（ulcerative colitis ; UC）とCrohn病に大別され，腸炎関連大腸癌（colitis associated colorectal carcinoma ; CAC）の発生リスクが高まることが知られている．CACは散発性大腸癌（i.e.，非腸炎関連癌，非症候性発癌）の発生メカニズムとは異なり，IBDにおける持続性の炎症や繰り返される粘膜障害に伴う遺伝子変異と密接に関連していると考えられている^1）．
