2型の形態を呈した早期胃肝様腺癌の1例

The Type 2 Early Gastric Hepatoid Adenocarcinoma, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は70歳代，男性．胸焼けにて上部内視鏡検査を施行したところ，前庭部に2型癌を認めた．多臓器に転移を認めなかったため，胃亜全摘，D2リンパ節郭清術を施行した．病理検査にて2型の早期胃癌，AFP陽性の胃肝様腺癌と診断した．早期胃肝様腺癌はまれなため，症例を報告する．

　A 70 years old male had visited our hospital to receive a medical examination for his heartburn. The gastroendoscopy examination had shown the type 2 carcinoma on antrum in stomach. Other examinations had revealed no metastasis in any organs. The subtotal gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection have been performed. The pathological diagnosis showed the type 2 early gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma. We will report this, because the type 2 early gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma is very rare in Japan.
