注腸X線検査の前処置法とX線検査の描出能

A New Preparation for Barium Examination

要旨　大腸癌検診で精密検査として，内視鏡検査とX線検査がある．X線検査の前処置を代えて，今回はbisacodyl，多量の等張性クエン酸マグネシウム（25ml/kg），cisaprideを併用した．この前処置により残渣量は減少し，バリウムの付着も良く，全大腸で網の目像を高率に描出することができた．この前処置で217例に注腸造影を行い，陥凹を有した微小表面型病変4病変中3病変を描出できた．この前処置は患者の反応もよく，精密検査の前処置として有効である．

　We studied a new preparation for a double contrast method of barium enema. This preparation consists of bisacodyl 15 mg, massive isotonic citrated magnesium (25 ml/b.w. 1 kg) and cisapride 15 mg. By this preparation for a radiological examination in comparison with a conventional method, there are a faint amount of fecal residue at the ascending colon by radiological findings. We could have taken good pictures of a double contrast method by this preparation. A good radiologic picture demonstrated a fine-network pattern on almost entire colonic mucosa. We have detected three minute superficial lesions with a central depression out of 217 cases by this preparation. We may detect for a small or minute depressed lesion of the large bowel by barium enema as well as by endoscopy.
