要旨　患者は43歳の男性．血便を主訴に来院．緊急大腸内視鏡検査で横行結腸に狭窄病変を認め，入院のうえ加療を行った．注腸X線像でも横行結腸に潰瘍面を伴った全周性の狭窄病変を認めたため，横行結腸切除術を行った．病理組織学的検索の結果non-Hodgkin's lymphoma，large cell typeであり免疫組織化学的染色ではLCA，UCHL-1陽性でL-26は陰性でT細胞性のリンパ腫であった．

　A 43-year-old male complaining of bloody stool was admitted to our hospital. Urgent colonoscopic findings showed a constricted lesion in the transverse colon. Also barium enema revealed a circumferential constriction with ulceration. Partial colectomy was performed. Histopathologiacal examination of the resected tissue showed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, large-cell type. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that these consisted of LCA, UCHL-1 positive, and of L-26 negative. Consequently this case was diagnosed as T-cell malignant lymphoma of the transverse colon.
