十二指腸原発早期follicular lymphomaの1例

Primary Early Follicular Lymphoma of the Duodenum, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は，72歳，男性．上腹部不快感を主訴に来院，上部消化管内視鏡検査でVater乳頭対側に白色絨毛状の丈の低いひだ状隆起を認めた．同部位からの生検で，悪性リンパ腫が疑われたため，膵頭十二指腸切除術を施行した．病理組織学的検索の結果，病変は2か所存在し，いずれも早期のfollicular lymphomaであった．十二指腸悪性リンパ腫は極めてまれであり，また本症例は，特徴的な内視鏡所見を有しており，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

　A 72-year-old man visited our hospital because of upper abdominal pain. Endoscopic examination revealed a white lesion with swollen mucosa in the duodenal second portion. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed because the biopsy specimen yielded findings suggestive of malignant lymphoma. Two tumors were identified in the resected specimen with all of them being located in the mucosa or submucosa. Pathologically, this case was diagnosed along with a primary early duodenal follicular lymphoma.
