急速に増大し粘膜欠損部から腫瘍が突出した形態を呈した胃平滑筋肉腫の1例

Leiomyosarcoma of the Stomach Which Grew Rapidly and Protruded into the Lumen, Report of a Case

要旨　2年間のX線検査で急速に増大し，しかも中心陥凹を呈することなく，腫瘍成分が粘膜欠損部より突出した形態をとった胃平滑筋肉腫症例を報告した．病理組織学的に腫瘍細胞の分裂像が多数観察され，また胃壁内の静脈内に多数の腫瘍塞栓を認めた．組織学的に観察されたこの腫瘍細胞の著しい増殖進展過程が特殊な形態をとった理由と考えられた．

　We report here a 74-year-old woman with leiomyosarcoma of the stomach, which grew rapidly for about 2 years protruding into the lumen without central ulceration. Histological study of the resected specimen revealed a large number of karyomitosis and tumor embolism in the veins of the gastric wall. An extraordinary character of this tumor may be attributable to the rapid multiplication of the tumor cells, which was demonstrated by histological examination.
