約5年の経過で形態変化を来した胃平滑筋肉腫の1例

Change in the Form of a Gastric Leiomyosarcoma after Five Years, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は65歳，男性．胃集団検診で，胃の変形を指摘され，精査目的で来院した．X線および内視鏡検査で，胃体上部小彎前壁に巨大な胃粘膜下腫瘍を認めた．1年7か月後の内視鏡検査では，特に変化を認めなかった．しかし，初診から約5年後の内視鏡検査では，腫瘍は増大し，2こぶ状を呈していた．病理切除標本では，2つの腫瘍に連続性はなく，肛門側の腫瘍が増大したものと考えられた．

　A 65-year-old male was admitted to our hospital for further examination of the stomach. Radiological study and endoscopic examination of the stomach revealed a large submucosal tumor on the anterior wall of the upper gastric body. There was no change in the submucosal tumor for one year and seven months. However, five years later, the tumor had grown large, and it had changed to the two protruded form. The resected stomach showed that it was not one tumor, but two leiomyosarcomas.
