令和6年能登半島地震における派遣看護職が求める活動前の情報ニーズに関する質問紙調査

Questionnaire Survey on The Information Needs of Dispatched Nurses Prior to Their Activities in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake

要　　旨

目的：令和6年能登半島地震における被災地外から支援に赴く看護職が、被災地での看護支援活動を行うにあたり必要とする情報とその重要度を明らかにする。

方法：令和6年能登半島地震において、日本災害看護学会からの派遣で支援活動に参加した34名を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。調査票は、支援活動を行うにあたり必要とする情報47項目を中心に全60項目で構成した。情報の重要度を4件法で回答を得て点数付けを行い、点数の高さを重要度の高さとした。

結果：20名より回答を得た。支援活動を行うにあたり必要とする情報47項目の重要度は、いずれも高く評価された。その中でも【組織体制】と【現地の基本情報】に関する情報は重要度の高く、【滞在環境】【報告・情報共有方法】に関する情報は重要度が低かった。

結論：本研究結果の傾向は、災害医療、災害看護に関する昨今の動向を反映した内容であったことが示唆され、看護職が安全かつ効果的に活動を展開するために活用されることが望まれる。

Abstract

Objective：To investigate information characterizing nurses going from elsewhere to support the affected area to provide nursing support during the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake and the importance of their work.

Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted among 34 nurses who participated in relief during the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake who were sent from the Japanese Society of Disaster Nursing. This questionnaire consisted of 60 items, focusing on 47 items of information required for support activities. Responses to these items were given on a four-point Likert scale, where the highest score indicated the highest level of importance.

Result：Responses were received from 20 people. All 47 information items regarding what was needed to conduct relief activities were rated highly in terms of importance. Among these, information on organizational structure and basic local information were rated most important, while information on the living environment and reporting and information sharing methods were rated least important.

Conclusion：Trends in the results of this study reflect recent trends in disaster medicine and disaster nursing. It is hoped that the results of this study can be applied to helping nurses develop safe and effective activities.
