要旨
目的:看護大学生における児童虐待の認識の特徴を新入生と2年生の比較から明らかにすることを目的とした.
方法:新入生98名と2年生108名を対象に,基本属性および子どもへの不適切なかかわりのビネット39項目を用いてGoogle Formsによる無記名自記式アンケート調査をした.
結果:149名(72.3%)から回答を得た.子どもは好きかの設問で有意差が見られ2年生の方が子どもを苦手としていた.しかし,ネグレクトと心理的虐待では2年生の方が有意に虐待の認識が高い項目があった.
結論:2年生はこれまでの履修で日常的な虐待の遷延が,子どもに及ぼす影響を考察する力が高かった可能性がある.今後,小児看護学のみならず,あらゆる領域で横断的に権利擁護および正しい知識を教授し,虐待の認識を高めること,また子どもに肯定的関心が持てるよう共感性や向社会性を高める教育の重要性が示唆された.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine the characteristics of the perceptions of child abuse among nursing undergraduates by comparing freshmen and sophomores.
Methods: An anonymous self administered Google Forms questionnaire was administered to 98 freshmen and 108 sophomores, of which 69(70.4%) and 80(74.4%), respectively, were analyzed.
Results: 149(72.3%) responded. The results showed that among the basic attribute items, there were significant differences in whether they reported liking children, such that sophomores were less likely to. But scored significantly higher on both the neglect and psychological abuse items, indicating that they were more aware of abuse.
Conclusion: These results suggest that it is important to continuously emphasize rights protection in not just pediatric nursing but all areas of nursing, to impart correct knowledge and increase awareness of abuse, and to educate students to increase their empathy and sociability and enhance their positive interest in children.
