要旨

　羊水塞栓症に対し新型コロナウイルス感染症対策を行いながらの死戦期帝王切開術の麻酔を経験した。症例は37歳，女性。他病院で分娩中，心肺停止となり，羊水塞栓症の診断で当院へ緊急搬送となった。死戦期帝王切開術を施行し，各種輸血，フィブリノゲン製剤，経皮的人工心肺を用い，救命した。組織的救命活動が必要であった。

　We report the details of the anesthesia for a perimortem cesarean section for amniotic fluid embolism that was administered while also providing measures to prevent COVID-19（coronavirus disease 2019）.

　A 37-year-old Japanese woman suffered cardiopulmonary arrest during delivery at another hospital. She was urgently sent to our hospital with a diagnosis of amniotic fluid embolism. We performed a perimortem cesarean section and percutaneous cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and we administered various blood transfusions and fibrinogen products to save her life. Organized life-saving activities were necessary.
