神経内分泌腫瘍（neuroendocrine tumor：NET）は消化管に好発するが，胆管原発はまれである^1）。今回我々は肝門部領域胆管原発のNETの1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

We report a rare case of neuroendocrine tumor（NET）in the hilar bile duct. The patient is a 52-year-old man. Contrast-enhanced CT showed a 4cm hypervascular round mass in the hilar region of the liver deviating from the bile duct. The mass was mildly hypointense on MRI T1 weighted images and mildly hyperintense on T2 weighted image. The endoscopic transpapillary bile duct biopsy was performed, and he was diagnosed histopathologically as NET（G1）. The somatostatin receptor scintigraphy（SRS）showed uptake only in the hilar lesion. Together with SRS and CT findings, the tumor was thought to be a NET originating from the hilar bile duct.
