Imaging findings of lesions of the pulmonary vessels

肺血管には血管由来の腫瘍性病変，血管障害，発生異常などの病変が生じることが知られている。今回，画像，特にcomputed tomography（CT）が診断に有用な例として肺血栓塞栓症，肺動脈内膜肉腫，肺動脈瘤，肺動静脈奇形，肺分画症，肺底動脈大動脈起始症，scimitar症候群につき，その臨床，画像的特徴につき概説する。

There are many lesions of the pulmonary vessels, including cardiovascular disease, neoplasm, developmental anomaly, and it is important to evaluate their characteristic imaging findings for precise diagnosis. In this article, we described the clinical characteristics and imaging findings of the pulmonary thromboembolism, pulmonary intimal sarcoma, pulmonary aneurysm, pulmonary arteriovenous malformation, bronchopulmonary sequestration, anomalous systemic arterial supply to normal lung parenchyma, and Scimitar syndrome. The radiologists need to evaluate the imaging findings lung parenchyma associated with pulmonary vessel lesions to diagnose them more accurately.
