中小規模病院向け防災と災害発生時の対策に関する研修を受講した者の6ヵ月後の研修評価

Six-month Training Evaluations for Nurses Who Participated in Training Sessions for Disaster Prevention and Occurrence Measures at Smaller Hospitals

【目的】中小規模病院向けの防災・災害発生時の対策の研修が、研修後活動を始める上で、どのように活用されたか評価する。【研究方法】研究対象者は、2012年6月に企画された研修に参加した看護師126名である。研修終了約6ヵ月後に研究対象者の施設住所に、個人宛で質問調査紙を郵送し、研究への協力を依頼した。調査内容は、回答者の背景、参加したグループワークと研修後の防災・災害発生時の対策への活動等とした。【結果】67名から回答（回収率53.2％）があった。本研修以前に、災害に関する研修等への参加経験のない者が約半数いた。研修後の活動について、自施設で何らかの対策に関する活動を行った者は76％であった。【結論】研修は防災・災害発生時の対策に関する活動に活用されていた。しかし、中小規模病院向けの研修においては対象者の災害看護に関する知識の確認が必要である。忙しさやスタッフの意識のずれ等から実施されにくい現状もある。さらに研修自体にも内容や進行に若干の問題が指摘され、検討の必要が示された。

[Objective:] The purpose of this study was to reveal how knowledge obtained from training sessions for “Disaster Prevention and Occurrence Measures at Hospitals,” which had been conducted for smaller hospitals, was used upon the start of disaster preparedness and prevention operations to create training evaluations and determine what situations affected these measures.

[Study method] The subjects of this study included 126 nurses who participated in training sessions that took place in June 2012. Survey sheets were sent out six months after completion of training to each subject via postal mail to the hospitals where they work, along with a request for them to participate in this study. The survey included questions regarding the backgrounds of the responders, group tasks they had participated in, and their activities following completion of the training sessions.

[Results] Responses were obtained from 67 subjects (response rate: 53.2%). Of these, approximately half had never participated in disaster-related training sessions or conferences prior to the corresponding training sessions. Following the completion of these training sessions, 76% had participated in some sort of disaster operations.

[Conclusion] The majority of respondents participated in some sort of disaster operations after returning to their hospitals. It was found that further schemes such as a pre-survey of knowledge possessed by subjects in regard to disaster nursing might be necessary in the future. Several problems related to content and progress were pointed out in regard to training.
