- Abstract 文献概要
遠沈分析器を用いた血清リンの測定のためのモリブデン青反応を利用した方法を記述する．既知標準液と対比して，発色速度を測定することによって，別に血清ブランクを測定する必要性を取り除いた．還元剤としてo-フェニレンジアミンを用いる方法は精密で，連続流れ方式による自動測定法とよく相関する．
Amethod involving the molybdenum blue reaction for measurement of serum phosphorus using acentrifugal analyzer is described. The need to measure a separate serum blank is eliminated by measuringthe rate of color development compared to that of a known standard. The procedure which uses o-phenylenediamine as a reductant is precise and compares well with a continuous fiow automated procedure.*2
