- Abstract 文献概要
現時点では，通性及び好気性細菌に対する抗生物質感受性検査の実施について，広く認められた標準法がある．これはBauer，Kirby，Sherris及びTurckによる方法で，一般にKirby-Bauer法として知られている．しかし，それは食糧・薬剤庁によって，単に迅速発育好気性または通性菌の検査にのみ推奨されている．
At the present time, there is a well-accepted standardized method for performing antibiotic susceptibility testing on facultative*3 and aerobic bacteria. This is the method of Bauer, Kirby, Sherris and Turck, commonly known as the Kirby-Bauer method. It is recommended by the Food and Drug Administration*4, however, only for testing rapidly growing aerobic*5 or facultative organisms.
