Osler病の1症例

A Case of Osler's Disease

I．はじめに

　鼻出血を主訴とする患者は，我々耳鼻咽喉科の日常臨床において数多く見受けられるが，繁雑な診療の中で原因検索を十分にしないまま過ごす事も多い。大部分は局所的な原因に求められるが，時には全身的な原因によることもあるので頑固な反復性の鼻出血には厳重な観察と注意が必要である^1）。

　筆者らは最近，遺伝性出血性末梢血管拡張症（いわゆるOsler病）による鼻出血症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　A 62-year-old woman was examined for recurrent epistaxis for 4 months. In this case the hereditary influence was not conclusive but typical telangiectasis was recognized.

　The telangiectasis was found in the other areas of the body, such as, lips, tongue, oral mucosa, larynx, nose, face, auricle and in parts of the fingers.

　The patient was treated with anticoagulant drugs and intranasal cauterization, and the patient was remarkably improved without further nasal bleeding.

　The authors emphasize the importance of this disease bearing in mind for treatment of epistaxis.
