　I．緒言

　音声障碍を主訴とする患者のなかに，声帯辺縁に沿つて縦走する溝状の皺襞をみるものがある。その原因は症例により区々であり，またその現症もさまざまである。

　このような症例42例について調査したのでその概要を報告し，御批判をえたい。

　Among patients complaining of hoarseness 42 cases are found involved with sulcus glottidis. This affection is divided into 5 different types ; the ones that are established in early infancy of the individual seem to belong mostly to the III and IV types. Various tre-atments have been tried but none seemed to be effective in any way.
