骨導検査に対する2, 3，の考察

　骨導聴力其のものに於てもReceptorまでのStimulas伝達経路の煩雑から種々問題を残している所であるが，今回私は骨導閾値測定中に遭遇する二三の問題に就て少し考察したので其の結果を報告する。

　1．骨導レシーバー接着に於ける圧迫程度による閾値　の変動

Ohtsubo states that the most efficient me-thod by which the bone-conduction in audio-metry may be obtained would be that of paying particular attention to minor detailis of the procedure. The examiner's hand hold-ing the hone-conduction reciever should be stabilized by resting on the nape of the pati-ent's neck and there by avoid obstruction in any way the freedom of the external canal approach of the ear under examination. The contact terminal of the reciever should be squarely and uniformly placed on the skin of the mastoid area with certain amount of uni-form pressure. When the test is carried out in this manner the error that might be due to fautly technique would be eliminated.
