Abstract 文献概要

　唾液腺異物は顎下腺に多く耳下腺に少く，其等の導管に多く，腺実質に少いとされて居るが，其等何れの症例も文献に徴するに少い樣である。私は千葉大学医学部耳鼻咽喉科数室に於て唾液腺異物の4例を経験したのでこゝに報告し，本邦文献中に探索し得た22例に就て若干考察したいと思う。

ISHIURA reports 4 cases of obstruction of salivary duct by foreign bodies. 1) Obstruc-tion of stenson,s duct was found in a girl aged 20. After proforming a sialography a hair of a tooth brush the agent of obstruction was expelled through the natural orifice. 2) A girl aged 20 injured the floor of the mouth while eating shrimp from sharp slivers of the crustancea. Swelling of right subligual gland ensued. The gland was removed. 3) Abcess of subligual gland was found in a man, aged 20, after a blade of dried grass which he held in mouth entered Wharton's duct. The gland was removed. 4) A thin fish bone found its way into Wharton's duct in a man aged 24. Thirty days later abcess of anterior portion of that duct ensued. Sublingual gland was removed.
