・多様なデバイス，多様なテクニックが存在し，実際に行われている血栓回収手技は一様ではない．

・国内ではcombined techniqueがmajorityであるが，単独療法と比べて患者転帰を改善させるエビデンスは存在しない．

・おのおのの特徴をよく理解し選択することが重要である．

　Thrombectomy has proven its efficacy in several randomized clinical trials. Although considerable clinical evidence supports its efficacy, the optimal device or technique has not been proven. There is a diversity of devices and techniques; therefore, we need to know about them and choose suitable ones.

　Recently, a combined technique with a stent retriever and aspiration catheter has become common. However, no evidence to support the superiority of the combined technique in improving patient outcomes compared with the stent retriever alone.
