I．はじめに

　臨床上，反復する頭痛と発熱を主訴として来院し，視野欠損あるいは，下垂体ホルモン低下と，CT scanでトルコ鞍部腫瘍が証明されたが，経過観察中にCT上腫瘍陰影の消失した2女性例を経験し，またIgAの著増を伴う免疫異常とトルコ鞍部腫瘍を合併した例を経験したので，本症例の発生機序についての文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Lymphoid adenohypophysitis is an autoimmune disorder. Eighteen percent of the multipartums are reported to have autoantibodies to pituitary tissues. The symptoms in lymphoid adenohypophysitis, such as hypopituitarism and sellar tumors, exhibit spon-taneous remission. The pituitary is a feasible target organ in other autoimmune diseases of the endocrine system. Of these patients, 19/287 showed a positive immune reaction with pituitary tissue antigens.
