Ⅰ．緒言

　尿路結石症は，年々増加の傾向にあり，最近の全国統計^1）によると泌尿器科的疾患の7.6％を占めている。その中レ線陰性尿路結石は診断が比較的困難な場合が多く，従来の報告では自然排石とか手術または剖検等によつて初めて確定する程であつたが，診断技術の進歩に伴い臨床治験報告も増加してきている。

　我々は最近結石様症候群を訴えて来院し，手術により全治せしめえた3例のレ線陰性腎結石を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

3 cases of radiolucent urinary calculi is reported and some discussion on its literature is done.

The diameter, thickness and location may be the facter of radiolucent urinary calculi but most of the cause is of the high radiolucency of its main content. Generally, the diagnosis of calculi is made by its radioopacity and therefore the diagnosis may be quite difficult by these cases. Our 3 cases too, had the calculi-like symptoms but from its radiolucency it appeared as a deffect of the kidney pelvis by radiologic studies and therefore tumor of the kidney pelvis was suspected.
