Abstract 文献概要

　Darier病は比較的まれな疾患であるが，その皮膚症状，組織像の特徴は広く知られている．本症にはときに非定型疹が併発する．そのうちのいわゆる灰白色斑についてはその本態をめぐつて議論のあるところである^1-4）．また本症の皮疹が間擦部などで肥大増殖性となることがまれにあると記載されている．われわれは大腿部の灰白色斑と頭部の乳頭腫状増殖，さらに顔面，軀幹の尋常性座瘡を伴なうDarier病の1例を経験し，かつDarier病の皮疹をビタミンA酸軟膏，5-fluorouracil（5-FU）軟膏などで治療する機会を得たのでここに報告する．

A typical case of this disease mainly in the sebrrheic areas in a 20-year-old man without family occurence and consanguinity was reported. Many grayish-white, polygonal, smooth-surfaced, nonscaly macules were disseminatcdl on the thighs and they seemed to correspond to the atypical eruptions of Darier's disease reported by Morishima et al. The patient had also a thumb-tip-sized papillomatous tumor on the scalp and intractable acne vulgaris on the face.

The eruptions of the Daricr's disease were treated with retinoic acid ointment, 5-FU ointment, cryotherapy with dry ice, and dermabrasion method. All methods were proved to be effective, but the former two methods, especially the retinoic acid ointment application was proved to be the most effective and simple therapy.
