慢性骨髄性皮膚白血病—帯状疱疹を合併した1例

SKIN MANIFESTATION OF CHRONIC MYELOGENOUS LEUCEMIA:A CASE ASSOCIATED WITH HERPES ZOSTER

　白血病はすでに知られているように，単球性，骨髄性，リンパ性の3種類にわけられ，それぞれはその発症の形式，経過より急性と慢性とにわけられている．

　白血病はしばしば皮膚症状を伴ない，白血病細胞の浸潤のみられる特異疹と紫斑などの非特異疹とにわけられる．白血病は抗体の産生の場であるリンパ節をおかす関係上，免疫不全状態となりやすく，そのため真菌，細菌，ウィールスの感染をおこしやすく，また感染した場合でも重篤になるといわれている．

A case of leucemia cutis is reported. The patient was a 61 year old man, complaining of abdominal pain, showed splenomegalia and leucocytosis, and diagnosed as having chronic myeloblastic leucemia from the findings of sternal punction.

During treatment with 6MP and prednisolon, erythemas associated with severe indurations and nodules appeared on the trunk, and after several weeks herpes zoster gangraenosus appeared on the left side of the breast and back.

Specific lesions of leucemia cutis were demonstrated by the biopsy of erythemas and nodules.

He died of debility 3 months after the appearance of the skin lesions of leucemia.
