Chilblain lupusに続発せる棘細胞癌

SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA ON CHILBLAIN LUPUS

　腫瘍の発生は，内因と外因に大別され，内因としては，遺伝，ホルモン，外因として，機械的刺激，放射線，紫外線，温熱，化学的刺激などがあげられ，ウイルス感染説もある．

　皮膚の腫瘍とて例外でなく，皮膚の慢性炎症性刺激が誘因となつて，皮膚癌を発生したと考えられる症例も散見される．臨床上もつともしばしば遭遇する皮膚癌である有棘細胞癌は，熱傷瘢痕，放射線皮膚炎，色素性乾皮症など広義の癌前駆症に続発することが多い．

A 34-year-old housewife has had the past history of an intractable pernio-like dermatosis on the hands and feet since her childhood. Small papules appeared on a plaque of the right hand at the age of 25, which enlarged rapidly for the recent 2 years and became a hen-egg-sized tumor.

It was treated with Bleomycin followed by skin-grafting. The pernio-like lesions underwent erosion formation during the Bleomycin treatment.
