精神障害を基盤とする皮膚疾患のうち，自傷性皮膚疾患は者患みずから皮膚を傷つけたことを認める神経性擦創（neurotic excoriation）と自己損傷を否定しあるいは自己利益のための詐病の1型として皮膚を傷つける人工皮膚炎（dermatitisfactitia）に大別される。今回，筆者は前者の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 53-year-old man with factitial ulcers, erosions, pigmentations and scars caused by excoria-ting or digging up the intractable pruritic lesions on the lower extremities was reported.
Nothing particular was found in his familiy relationship and sexual life, but he was dis-contented with his occupation.
