　はじめに

　鼻骨骨折は，日常診療において遭遇する顔面骨骨折のなかでもっとも頻度の高い骨折てある。しかし，鼻骨の上部には，結合織と表皮しかないため整復時のわずかなずれが目立ちやすく，整復法に関しては，いまだに意見の一致した方法が得られていない。治療に関する検討は多いが，その成因について詳しく検討をしている論文は少ない。さらに整復時，整復後の固定期間の苦痛についても余り検討が行われていない。

　今回われわれは，過去約6年間に当科を受診した鼻骨骨折症例について成因を中心に検討し治療内容に対する満足度等についてアンケート調査を行ったので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Ninety-two patients with nasal fracture were treated in our department in a period of 6 years. There were 70 males and 22 females. In this study, the causes of injury were discussed, and questionnaires sent to the patients to ask how they satisfied or not with our treatment were analyzed.

Assault, traffic accident and sports were most frequent causes of nasal fracture. About 83% of the patients satisfied with the appearance of their nose after treatment. But one third of the pa-tients complained of nasal obstruction.
